There are many details to be worked out after we contract with you (most of which are handled directly by us with the various subcontractors involved – tent companies, caterers, venue managers, etc.). We have done hundreds of events in locations ranging from peoples' intimate living rooms to concert halls to tents in the woods in the middle of snowstorms (the latter several times!) to restaurant or hotel ballrooms. We really can handle it all when it comes to staging performances in nonstandard locations.
